Our Rich History.
Hide Away Hill Acres is a small, secluded RV campground nestled among the western North Carolina mountains. With a total of six sites on forty-six acres, we have the privacy and tranquility that larger campgrounds are unable to offer. We are pet-friendly and offer a spacious, fenced-in area for your fur babies to enjoy. However, due to our size, we do not offer a bathhouse or laundry facility. HAHA is an alternative to “resort”-type campgrounds by offering a get-away from crowded sites while allowing you to enjoy the mountains and wildlife.
Located between the Great Smokey Mountains and the Blue Ridge Mountains, there is plenty to do and see in all directions! Waynesville, Dillsboro, Sylva, and Maggie Valley are all unique towns scattered among the hills. Explore their shops and restaurants, and you will surely find something you will love.
